The Inner PressTerms of Use

What the app is
The Inner Press is a private newspaper for your circle. Using it is free; Inner Press+ (for family & friends or for clubs & companies) is an optional subscription through Apple, and Extrablatt+ is an optional one-time purchase for a special edition.
Your content
You are responsible for your posts and photos. Only share what you are allowed to share – especially photos of other people and of children, only with their consent. Only write what is true about others and nothing that exposes them; their health, money or very private matters only with their consent. The app is for people aged 16 and over, from 13 with their parents’ permission, and not for children under 13. You grant us the right to store your content and show it to your circle as a newspaper.
Treating each other well
No insulting, illegal or hurtful content. Posts, letters and answers can be reported, and you can hide authors for yourself. Reports go to the circle’s editor, who can remove reported content; the editor doesn’t see who reported it. You can also report illegal content to us by email at any time; we review it, can remove it and can suspend accounts for violations.
Inner Press+
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A free trial period converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled. If the editor subscribes, it applies to all circles of the matching type that they run, including ones started later; if another member subscribes, it applies to the circle in which it was purchased. Inner Press+ applies to family and friends circles, Inner Press+ Club & Company to club and company circles. Extrablatt+ is paid once and applies permanently to the one special edition for which it was purchased. All members of the circles benefit. Apple’s terms (Standard EULA) also apply.
Availability
We are continuously developing the app and may change features. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only in accordance with the statutory provisions.
